At Richpack, we are fully responsible for every material choice of jewelry packaging products. We give priority to the use of FSC-certified eco-friendly paper and GRS-certified recycled plastics, ensuring that our products not only meet high-quality standards but are also environmentally friendly.
The main environmentally friendly materials we use include:
FSC-certified paper
Used in jewelry boxes and cards, derived from sustainably managed forests.
GRS-certified recycled plastic
Mainly used in jewelry display racks and storage bags, in line with global recycling standards.
Biodegradable materials
Used in specific packaging products to reduce soil and water pollution.
The environmental attributes of each product vary significantly from series to series, and we show the specific proportion of these materials in different product lines through data transparency to ensure that customers understand our sustainability commitment.
Environmental Impact
The packaging industry is one of the major consumers of industrial water worldwide. The global packaging industry produces about 350 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent of greenhouse gases each year.
In order to minimize environmental impact, the materials and production processes used by Richpack are subject to life cycle assessment (LCA), which analyzes every link from the extraction of customized environmentally friendly jewelry packaging raw materials to product disposal.
Our LCA data show that through the basic analysis of the smart packaging solution and the framing strategy of the paper packaging solution. Using FSC-certified paper and GRS-certified recycled plastic, our carbon footprint and water use are significantly reduced. In addition, our waste management system ensures that material waste in the production process is minimized.
