Q: How long is your production time?

Our current production times typically range from an estimated average of 10 to 30 business days, contingent upon factors such as packaging type, order size, and the time of the year. It’s important to note that greater customization and the inclusion of additional processes in your custom packaging generally result in slightly longer production duration. Please be aware that all dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Quote and Order

Q: How long does it take to receive a quote?

We make it easy for you to request a quote for any of the packaging products listed on our website. After we have received your message or email, our staffs will review your request and provide a quote within 1-2 business days.

Q: How do I place an order?

To place an order for custom packaging, you may need to fill out the quote form and provide design files and other specifications, as well as details on the quantity and delivery location.

Q: How Can I cancel my order? How about the sample cost? Can it be turned back to customer?

Sample costs range from $60 to $100 for 1 to 3 items, including logo imprinting and shipping fees. For 3 to 7 items, the cost is between $100 and $200, also inclusive of logo and shipping. If you have a DHL or FedEx account, we can waive the sample fee. For existing clients, there’s no sample charge, although the account will be shipped collect. Prospective clients, upon company review and deemed to have VIP potential, will have both the sample fee and shipping costs waived. Should you have any more queries or are ready to proceed, feel free to get in touch with us. We’re here to guide you through the process.

Q: Can I make changes to my design after it has been submitted?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate any changes to the dimensions of your order prior to payment. To request changes, simply contact us via email at xxxx. However, once your order has entered production, we are unable to accept any further changes or modifications.

 

Q: Can you print my design in specific colors?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, and D/P.

 

Q: Can I return products with logo print?

Products with logo print, custom-made products, and products that in any other way have been processed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: How do I return a product if it is damaged or defective?

If the product is damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. If the damage is due to external forces of transportation or quality problems, we will provide instructions on how to return the product and refund.
